WeSTOC 30 is a non-profit event. Your registration fee helps to cover the cost of the following items:

• Two meals (Monday’s Rider meeting buffet and Thursday’s Farewell buffet)
• Name Tag and Neck Lanyards
• Registration Package
• Door Prize Draws and Awards
• Bike Wash Supplies
• Equipment and Room Rentals

Cancellation/Refund Policy – Full refund (less any PayPal fees) until one month prior to the event (refund deadline is 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 14th, 2026).
