WeSTOC 30 Schedule of Events
Monday September 14th, 2026
- 11AM – 5PM, WeSTOC 30 Registration in the hotel meeting room lower level
– look for the sign. - Bike Wash station open at 11 AM and until 9PM, located at the Southeastern side of Hotel.
- 5PM – Social Time (Bar Open) and discuss what to expect when riding in Utah. (Hopefully I’ll have a UHP officer show up.)
- 6PM – 9PM, Riders meeting – Courtyard Hotel (see map) Conference room. Ask hotel front desk if needing directions. Dinner will follow, Hamburger Buffet.
Tuesday September 15th, 2026
- On you own for riding, socializing and meals. Check out the WeSTOC 30 rides page to review suggested rides or ask a WDT member for recommendations.
- Bike wash station open 7AM to 9PM.
Wednesday September 16th, 2026

Thursday September 17th, 2026
- Please note the times of the event below and plan you ride duration accordingly.
- Bike wash station open open 7AM to 9PM.
- 3PM, WEC members meeting – Meeting room.
- 5PM – Social Time – discuss how the week went.
- 6PM BBQ Buffet – Courtyard Hotel (see map) Conference room. Ask hotel front desk if needing directions.
- Door Prizes drawing immediately after the dinner.
Friday September 18th, 2026
- Hotel checkout by 11AM.
- Hugs, tearful goodbye’s and promises to meeting next year!
