This year’s host property is the Topaz Lodge and Casino

Situated on US 395, just ½ mile north of the Nevada/California border, and overlooking beautiful Topaz Lake, our host hotel for WeSTOC 26 is a smaller, more intimate venue than in past WeSTOC events. The hotel and property will allow for a bit more relaxed event for the smaller number of attendees we have been experiencing in the last few years. But it will be a great event for those who attend! The friendly property offers plenty of amenities for attendees, including an on-site gas station, RV park, casino, nearby county park camping and of course, great nearby riding.
In past years, we’ve jokingly referred to some of our properties as having “lake view rooms.” This year, we really DO have lake view rooms!

Our group rate for WeSTOC26 is $85.00 (usd) per room plus tax (currently, unless the government increases it in the meantime, tax is $11.05, for a total of $96.05/night usd). The room rate is good for either double queen or king bed rooms. Dogs are welcome. There is no free breakfast, but each guest will receive a voucher good for $5.00 off on any menu item in the Lakeview coffee shop for each day.
Event Dates: WeSTOC26 official check in is on Monday August 29, 2022 and checkout is on Friday, September 2, 2022 (4 nights). Our preferred room rate is also being offered for early arrivers for Sunday, Aug. 28. If you plan on staying later, i.e. Friday night, etc. plan on paying a (probably much) higher rate for those nights.

Our venue this year is smaller and fewer rooms are available. Make sure you get your reservations in early or you may end up staying at an alternate property.
Reserve before August 15, 2022. Any remaining rooms will be released then.
Cancellation policy: You must cancel 72 hours in advance of your first night, or you will be charged for the first night.
