Monday, August 12, 2024
- 11AM – 5PM, WeSTOC Registration in the map/meeting room SW corner entrance of the Hotel building.
- Bike Wash station open all day, south side of the Hotel.
- 5PM – 6PM, Riders meeting – Hotel lounge, Free Hors d’oeuvres and snacks. Menu meals available.
Tuesday, August 13, 2024
- Map room open all day.
- On your own for riding, socializing and meals. Check out the WeSTOC rides page and the map/meeting room to review suggested rides or ask a WDT member for recommendations.
- ADV Riders should take advantage of Ride Guide Andy’s advice – he will lead some rides and explain maps and muster locations.
- Bike wash station open all day.
Wednesday, August 14, 2024
- On your own for riding and socializing.
- Check out the WeSTOC rides page to review suggested rides or ask a WDT member for recommendations.
- Bike wash station open all day.
- 6PM – BBQ at Montana Honda and Marine.
- Free Hamburgers and Brats and Soft Drinks provided.
- (please sign up MON or TUE in the Map room)
- Location is 3 miles west of the Hotel on the frontage road.

- Please note the times of the events below and plan your ride duration accordingly.
- Bike wash station open all day.
- 3PM, WEC members meeting – Meeting room.
- 6PM Banquet in one of the Billings Hotel Banquet Rooms.
- (time and full course menu to be determined)
- This will not be the same room as the map room.

- Hotel checkout by 11AM.
